Wildchord is a comic series that tells the story of a nine year-old girl named Lydia Lightstorm, who falls asleep while playing piano in her living room and wakes up in Anaeon, a land of music and magic. In this fantastic and frightening landscape, she meets a friendly penguin named Boots, who introduces her to a cranky warrior-monkey called Crunky. Lydia also meets a boy named Acorn, who instantly steals her heart. Lydia’s new friends band together to fight off the evil sorcerer Sylin, and his army of musical monsters, and help her find her way home.
